copying and ducks

I love watching my girls play.  I think it is so great watching them use their imagination.  My eldest daughter in particular loves to copy the things I do.  For example when her sister took a day nap today, her doll had to do the same:

Whilst my youngest was asleep I did some house work so my eldest had to do house work too

I really love that she copies and is using her imagination whilst copying.

In the afternoon we took the dog for a walk round a local country park.  For unknown reasons our dog decided to dig in the mud and walk through all the muddy puddles

My eldest and her friend also wanted to splash in the muddy puddles and the dog copied her

As we walked around the lake the ducks started following us and grew in numbers, until we had to stop to feed them

My youngest was fascinated.  She sat and watched her sister feed the ducks.

I am looking forward to the day when my girls feed the ducks together.

This day I love copying and ducks.

  6. If only my little man would copy me when he saw me doing housework! He is still in the stage of putting everything back out where it was after I put it away when I walk out the room... perhaps he is copying Dad? :)
