Project 365 : week, 37, 38 and 39

You may have noticed things have been a little quiet lately, I am sorry about that.  I haven't dropped off the face of the earth, I promise you and I haven't forgotten about you, full time work has kept me very busy.  I am hoping to catch up with everything soon and then normal blogging can continue.

Rather than a full week round up, for the past two weeks I have missed I thought I would include my favourite moments.

Week 37

365 week 37

I spent Sunday with the girls and my Mum shopping ready for my week away with work.  It was nice to spend some time together before having to work away for the week.

The majority of this week was spent travelling various places of the UK for work and so most of my 365 pictures are similar to the one in the bottom corner, pictures of service stations.  Luckily for me Saturday the roads changed to that of the beautiful Cornish countryside as we headed for our family holiday to Coombe Mill.

Week 38
365 week 38

We had a lovely family holiday in Cornwall, and spent the week at Coombe Mill.  The weather wasn't great as it mainly rained but that did not stop us having fun.  I wanted to make the most of this time together as a family as I know for the next few weeks work is incredibly busy.

Week 39
365 week 39

Having spent the week at Coombe Mill it might have come as no surprise that the girls wanted to visit the local farm.  We headed over and it was the 'Pear festival'.  They hold this every year to mark the harvesting of the pears.  The weather was great and my youngest went on her first roundabout.

In between my trips up and down the various UK motorways for work I got to spend a little bit of time with the girls, my favourite picture was of my youngest surrounded by bubbles.

I came home from 3 days away and it looks like Autumn is on its way, our garden is full of leaves!  The girls and I had fun tidying up and playing with all the leaves.

  12. Glad you got a week to relax and spend time as a family, it is important, but then so is the job as it pays to keep a roof over your head and a holiday, so a catch 22 really. Love the pink and white baby elephant.
Have heard great things about Fiona's place, everybody seems to enjoy it.
