Miles for smiles

My husband and I recently attended a charity event at Perry's Vauxhall in aid of bluebell wood. Perry's will be auctioning a 1977 1.3l Vauxhall viva, as well as iPads, kindles, Ferrari goodies and many other items, all in aid of Bluebell wood. We went along to the event to take a look at the Vauxhall viva for ourselves.

The viva was in excellent condition. We loved that there are no rear seat belts, or even head rests. In fact the only safety feature was perhaps the shock absorbing steering wheel and the optional extra of the wing mirror! I was also surprised that there are only 11,500 miles on the clock. My husband and I could not resist dressing up and getting behind the wheel.

The auction is to be done through eBay and starts on the 9th January for ten days. Well worth a bid! To take more a closer look of the car a 360 is below. For more information on the auction from Perry's please click here.

Bluebell wood are a charity I often support. Based in Sheffield they really make a different to children's lives, by offering care and support to those children with a shortened life expectancy. They give families the gift of time with their children to laugh and love and to create unforgettable memories. They provide support to families through what is the hardest times they will ever face and are there any time of the day. Should you wish to not take part in the auction but would prefer instead to just make a donation to bluebell wood a link to their just giving page is here. Any amount makes a real difference, thank you.

Please help to raise awareness of this auction and be sure to follow along using #miles4smiles
