Earlier this year we reviewed fruit heroes, and you can read our review as well as watch a tasting video here. Fruit heroes are a fruit bar that is perfect for snacking or after school treats and it counts as one of your five a day. I often have one in a morning with my breakfast. They have a high level of fibre as well as a low level of sugar and salt, making them a healthy alternative for snacks.
