Mission Christmas
I spend rather a lot of time in my car for work and in the past 3 months I have driven over 15,000 miles. It is no surprise then that I also spend a lot of time listening to my local radio station.
Recently my local radio station, Hallam FM, launched Mission Christmas. They want to make sure that all children and young people aged 0 - 18 in the local area have a present to open on Christmas day. As a Mum my highlight of Christmas is watching my girls faces as the magic unfolds around them. I cannot imagine what it must be like to not have anything to open on Christmas, even one small present.
Last year I bought a couple of extra presents, clothes and toys and this year I have done the same. There are hundreds of drop of points, as well as the radio station itself. So without wanting to sound cheesy, would you be able to help too? Please help me spread the word by sharing this post, in anyway you can. If you can buy just one extra gift, then please do, there are lots of drop off points available. Alternatively you can donate a 'virtual gift' and the team at Hallam FM will buy a gift for you.
Thank you in advance.
