This day I love.......: week 16

Sunday

I took the girls to see their very first wrestling match. It was a huge success, excuse the rubbish quality photos

Monday

I took my eldest swimming after school and she loved trying her new Cuddle dry towel. It kept her wet hair from getting on her clothes whilst she got dressed.

Tuesday

Another treat, this time to see Mr Tumble. I took the girls after school on a surprise trip and they loved the show.

Wednesday

A beautiful welcome visitor appeared in my car.

Thursday

Spotty dog has a new favourite place in the garden, on top of the trampoline.

Friday

Making the most of the lovely weather and doing some gardening.

Saturday

The girls got creative in our local nest store whilst I shopped.

It has been a while since my Last 365 post, hopefully my apology will help to explain things. The week has been a rather interesting one. It was my final week at work and whilst I am in some ways sad to be leaving I am really looking forward to starting my new job and the new experience it will bring. The week started off with some lovely sunny weather which saw us having our first picnic of the year. This was at the request of my eldest and it was great fun.

The rest of the week was spent very similar, playing in the garden, playing lots of board games and generally having fun. I managed to box everything up to be sent back to work, just in time! My favourite pictures of the week are below one from our picnic and the other my very own Easter bunny in her bunny hat she made!

Sunday - We had a fabulous time at the blogs up north meet up at Legoland Discovery centre in Manchester.

Monday - We went to Yorkshire wildlife Park and my girls loved watching the giraffes. We had a lovely day out but it was very windy.

Tuesday - Final day of maternity leave and I took the girls to the butterfly house. My sister came with us and we had an amazing day. It was a great way to end my maternity leave.

Wednesday - After a long and hard day at work cuddles with my eldest was needed.

Thursday - The girls had lots of fun with chocolate!

Friday - My eldest has now taken to posing for the camera, I just love this cheeky photo.

Saturday - I think its safe to say my youngest is now walking and is preferring to walk rather than crawl. I think this is the point where she is now a toddler and no longer a baby. I am impressed that she manages different flooring. Her confidence has grown a lot this past week and she has spent more time today perfecting walking
