Taming of the tights

Recently we were offered the chance to review taming of the tights by Louise Rennison. Whilst excited and keen to review the book, which is the third of the misadventures of Tallulah Casey series, was a little old for my girls. Instead I am offering one lucky reader the chance to win a copy of the book which is released in paperback on January 2nd.

Louise Rennison is THE best selling author for teenage books. 'Confessions of Georgia Nicolson' series, was a phenomenally success and was translated into over 34 languages as well as going to the stage and big screen. She has won numerous awards including the Nestle Smarties Book Prize, the Michael L. Printz Honor Book and the Roald Dahl Funny prize for ‘Withering Tights’.

The book Taming of the tights which can be won in this giveaway, is the third in the series of the misadventures of Tallulah Casey. The book is packed full of boys, mates and misadventures and is set to be another success.

  18. The best book I ever read as a child was The faraway tree by Enid Blyton, it magical fantasy kept me turning the pages in wonder throughout :)

  34. I read pretty voraciously as a child/teen and loved many books (including all the Georgia Nicolson books!)

    But without a doubt my favourite childhood books were the Harry Potter series. If I had to choose one HP book it'd be either The Prisoner of Azkaban or the Half blood prince (OK, that's two, but they're all really good books!)
