Review : Stickerkid
We were sent a sample pack for the purpose of this review. All words are my own opinion. I have blanked out my child's name as I do not publish them online.
You'd think that by the time my son started nursery full time this September that id have found a reliable way to label school shoes. Unfortunately every method we try seems to have some down fall to it, unless you count the time my youngest daughter used black marker and wrote her name on the outside of her white PE shoes. This wasn't the ideal solution and she even tried on her black school shoes. Fortunately black pen doesn't show up on black shoes.
There is however a better solution and that is sticker labels from Stickerkid. They kindly sent me some samples to try and it has honestly been a game changer. I've started sticking the small labels round the metal loop of the shoe. This then forms a small tag and hides underneath the Velcro straps. Genius. The sticker stays in place and no matter what the colour shoes his shoes are labelled.
It's not just school shoes, labels are also a quick and easy way to label most things. Like when your child decides randomly one morning they want a different water bottle or a different lunch box, it's quick and easy to stick a sticker on with their name.
The convenience of having labels ready to go with their names on is a game changer. A sheet of stickers takes up very little space and I have one stored in the kitchen drawer (that draw that everyone has that contains everything important like batteries). It just means I have it to hand straight away should I need it.
The stickers are bright and can be personalised with characters. There are plenty of designs to choose from, meaning you can find something to suit all tastes.
Thank you to Stickerkid for sending a sample pack to review, we really have found them very useful especially in those emergency situations!
