It has rained all day today. Even the dog refused to go outside.
The girls stood at the window to watch the rain
They did not want to go out either. Instead we stayed inside to play. We decided to do some cooking. I had been told by someone I met at work that you could make brownies using a jar of Nutella, 2 eggs and half a cup of flour. I figured I would give it a go!
Ingredients
1 400g Jar of Nutella
1/2 cup of Self raising flour
2 eggs
Method
1. Pre heat oven to 180C
2. Line a 20cm square baking tin
3. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together
Try not to eat all the Nutella
Mix ingredients well
4. Then add mixture to baking tin and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Enjoy your brownies
I cannot believe how lovely they tasted, and they smelled amazing too! I am very impressed and they were incredibly easy to do too, perfect for a rainy day!
