As Spring approaches and the nights get lighter we are wanting to spend more time outside as a family. Our garden is slowly becoming more of an extension to our indoor living space and with patio heaters, chimneas and fire pits even the colder English summer evenings can be warmed up.
Our focus this year is on the garden and we have drawn up some plans to transform the look and feel of it. For Christmas the girls were given a kids picnic table and we plan on transforming a section of the garden into a herb garden. It is here that the girls will have their picnic table ready for our garden parties.
For the adults we plan on cleaning, fixing and painting the decking and furnishing it with some new Garden furniture. The JYSK green weekend event starts this Thursday both at JYSK stores and online at JYSK.co.uk/greenweekend and it is here that we intend to get the garden party started, as we can save up to 50% on all Garden Furniture (excludes Price Star articles). It is the perfect opportunity to refresh our garden with new furniture.
We love the look of the best selling MIDDELFART 4-piece, rattan-effect Garden Lounge Set, it was £269.99, but is an incredible £169.99 at the green weekend. This would give us plenty of seating options for outdoor living and a great chill out space on the decking too.
or even the JUELSMINDE garden set which was £799.99 and is now £399.99. This would fit perfectly across the top of our decking and give a real relaxed feel. The girls would love it too.
As well as the furniture we can also shop for our outdoor lighting and soft furnishings to make our garden parties a real hit. We cannot wait to start transforming the garden. JYSK, perfect for getting your garden party started, every time.
