I wanted to share my festive Christmas play list and the reason why these are the songs I love to listen to at this time of year:
1. The twelve pains of Christmas - Bob Rivers
This song makes me laugh every time I hear it. I love the way as the song progresses the people in the song are getting more and more stressed, I hope he rigs up his lights. How the song can sum up nicely and in a comical way the things we or maybe its just me stress over at Christmas.
2. When Santa got stuck up the chimney - Me and my Daughter
This is one of the few Christmas songs that my daughter and I know how to sign the lyrics and one in which she knows most of the lyrics. Its a fun song to sing and she loves singing it in the car which makes me happy.
3. Ding Dong Merrily on high
Well I enjoy the Gloria bit, Glooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooria and I am guessing its now going round in your head too.
4. Santa Baby - Kylie
Its one of those songs you cant help but sing along to
5. Michael Buble
Any of his songs on his Christmas album. I love a bit of Buble any time of year and his Christmas album, doesn't matter which song gets me in a good festive happy mood.
6. Rudolph the red nose reindeer
I love this so much because I think my daughter looks really cute when she signs Reindeer and its one of the few songs or places she can use it.
