Project 365 : Week 9

Although I would have loved a quiet week after the busy week of last, this week was not it.

My youngest is growing in confidence in her ability to stand, as a result she is now trying to go between objects and I do not think it will be much longer before unaided steps.

This week has seen a lot of mess, but a lot of fun.  The girls have enjoyed playing with coloured rice twice this week.  I found it a great way to keep them busy whilst I tidy up or cook dinner.  My youngest loves the texture and my eldest likes to draw pictures in the rice.  The girls discovered my Easter cake and I found them eating the cake with one in each hand.  I have spent a lot of time this week rolling back up toilet roll.  Its my eldests new thing to do!

The sunny weather, although still cold, has seen us play outside a fair bit too.  We have had a lovely visit to the farm this week and my eldest has loved wearing her new sun glasses every where she goes.
