Alternatively you can choose to see a visual snapshot of what is hot in the UK. This new contemporary style home page rolls out in the UK in Summer.
Sophie Ellis-Bextor is a self confessed eBay addict and she has these tips for shoppers
1. “Become an expert by simply searching the item you want and taking note of the ‘related search’ underneath – for example I’ve learnt all the correct names for various 60s pottery by using this tool”.
2. “It really is the thought that counts. Personal items are so much better to give and receive than standard presents and eBay has everything you can possibly imagine and more. For example my brother is a huge Ribena fan and I found some great Ribena cuff-links for him – they are certainly not your everyday find”.
3. “Create a one of a kind wardrobe by clever searching on line. My style is individual to me and I’m always searching for distinctive vintage pieces I wouldn't be able to get anywhere else, teamed with ‘of the moment’ finds”.
4. “I always have a pile of items to sell on eBay; you need to clear space in your wardrobe somehow and it’s a great way for me to support my favourite charities via the eBay Charity programme”
