Project 365 : Week 10
All I can say for last week is I am glad it is over.
Sunday
I took the kids to soft play so I could get on with my assignment. Bad parenting but at least they were entertained for the day.
Monday
The rest of the week was spent writing my assignment so the pictures are not that great. I do love this one of spotty dog. She always looks so happy
Tuesday
Wednesday
Needed a quick break from doing work so I went for a walk in the garden. I love this picture my phone captured, especially the spider.
Thursday
World book day. Youngest wanted to dress up as a pirate. She love Pirates love underpants and my eldest wanted to dress up like a Dr.
Friday
I finally got my assignment into my tutor which meant I could at long last get outside. It felt fantastic to be outdoors and in the fresh air after so long tied to the computer screen. My youngest loved that she got to spend some time with me too.
Saturday
We were invited to an event at Brewers Fayre, #PlayAtBrewersFayre, It was a really great day with face painting and soft play. Of course lunch was provided too. The girls really loved it.
I am so happy the assignment is in, and I am hoping I do not have to make too many changes before the final submission. Really looking forward to next week when some normality can resume

good grief doing all that sort of thing was hard enough when I went to uni when my family had all grown, I admire you hugely for doing it with a young family. Dont think a day or so of playing by themselves will be remembered when they are older,
ReplyDeleteGlad you got time to relax and get out and have fun with the youngest.
The Brewers fayre day sounds nice, my daughter using our local one quite a bit because of the play area and the fact they happily cater for Bobs allergies.
Sometimes we all have to rely on these things to get stuff done, don't worry about it :D Great book day costumes!
ReplyDeleteThis day I love comments and I read everyone
