When my youngest was born she would only sleep if held. She loved the warmth and smell of Mummy. This was great as I love cuddling my daughters but also rather exhausting as I find it hard to sleep sitting up. I wanted to find a way to give her the warmth she wanted and help her to sleep in her crib next to me.
I found Lambi. Lambi is a soft toy from Yoomi who you can pop in the microwave to warm him up. I would warm Lambi for 2 minutes in the microwave before I started bed time routine and then place him in my daughters crib. Lambi would then warm up the crib for my daughter before I removed him to place her in.
What was even nicer is that Lambi is filled with specially treated wheat grains and the finest French Lavender. Lavender is known for its relaxing properties and so it would provide a gentle fragrance in her crib as well as the warmth she needed.
Lambi really helped the transition into sleeping in her crib and has become a firm favourite. I love to use him on tired aching muscles or just for a cuddle when feeling a bit down, as he is super soft.
