You may have seen my post about how we have all been poorly this Easter. We have all had this very nasty virus which luckily seems to be going now. The Easter holidays were pretty much a disaster, we tried our best and tried to not let the virus beat us but at times it was hard.
Easter dinner was particularly tricky. We wanted to have a nice Sunday dinner and have the family round. No one felt like cooking, we were all too poorly and too tired. Donald Russell stepped up and saved Easter. Donald Russell supply top quality food and meat and take away the stress of cooking it. There was no need to plan as everything, including the meat, can be cooked from frozen.
We took our Donald Russell lamb straight from the freezer and cooked for 90minutes, as per the instructions. As well as the lamb we had a huge range of accompaniments, vegetables, cauliflower cheese and more. A fest fit for Royalty and perfect for our Easter dinner. Stress free roast dinner all cooked from frozen.
Our dinner was delicious, the lamb was cooked to perfection and simply melted as you cut into it. The girls asked for more and there was plenty to go round. It was a truly wonderful Easter Sunday lunch and we were all surprised at how great it tasted given that we had cooked it from frozen.
I would highly recommend having Donald Russell meat in your freezer for those just in case emergencies. They taste fantastic and are so easy to cook, simply stress free roast dinners, wonderful!
