The Ryvita #Springintosummer challenge

Earlier this month I was challenged by Ryvita to try something new and shake up spring/summer.  Always up for a challenge I was ready to put a new outlook on Ryvita and see if I could #springintosummer.  Followers of my facebook and instagram channels will have seen me post our wonderful creations with Ryvita, but here is how we got on.

Fish Fingers with Ryvita

I made fish finger sandwiches using Sunflower seeds and oats Ryvita.  I placed a spoonful of natural yoghurt on top of the Ryvita, followed by mushy peas.  Topped with two fish fingers and another spoonful of yoghurt.

I really enjoyed the fish finger sandwiches but think next time I need to put a little more yoghurt on the Ryvita.  Both girls enjoyed them too with my youngest dipping her Ryvita into the yoghurt.

Ryvita with chocolate and strawberry

This was by far my favourite Ryvita.  I used the fruit crunch Ryvita and spread on chocolate spread.  This in itself is delicious but then I added strawberries on top.  This was a beautiful treat for after dinner.  Really yummy and one which I have gone to over and over again.  I think its much nicer than having a slice of toast for a quick bite to eat.

I have been impressed with the different flavours of Ryvita, with the Fruit crunch my favourite by a long way.  I like how versatile Ryvita can be.  Using Ryvita as an alternative to bread has been a great way for me to help with my weight loss.  Since taking part in this challenge I have also purchased a packet of Ryvita minis as an alternative to crisps and I am liking them too!

We were sent some Ryvita to try for the purpose of this review.  All words and opinions are my own
