Review and Giveaway : the $5 cookbook

The $5 cookbook was written by Tiffany Wong, who is a Mum to 6.  She understands the busy life of parenthood and the pressure we face to give our kids a home cooked meal every night.  She understands how easy it is to provide take outs every night and that as working parents time is very limited on an evening, without the strain of having to cook.  Tiffany developed the $5 cookbook to help parents provide their kids with a home cooked meal.

The book features 20 easy to do recipes.  There is no need for any fancy equipment and no need to be a master cook.  The recipes can also be used as an inspiration for dinner and perhaps the starting point of an idea.  This allows you to tailor the recipe to meet your own need or maybe if not budgeting to add a little extra to it.

Some of the recipes feature variations which can again be adapted to suit individual tastes.  The southwest beans and rice has been a particular favourite.  There are some great time saving kitchen tools listed at the back of the book along with some inspirational on line resources.

A good book to have in the kitchen, especially if in the need to cook a meal in under 30 minutes or simply for some meal inspiration.

If you would like to win a copy of the $5 cookbook please follow the rafflecopter instructions below.  Please note this is an ebook,  the winner will be contacted via Tiffany who will provide the reader with a code to download the book.  If you wish to purchase the book thisdayilove readers can receive a 20% discount by using the code THISDAYILOVE.
